  I have been a patient at Pacific Plastic Surgery for the past 5 years. I would like to share my experience.
  
  Referred from: I was referred to Pacific by both my step-daughters. Both had surgical procedures, approximately 9 years ago, and are as happy now, as they were then. They have made visits to the Surgery since, and have never been disappointed with the work undertaken. Two very happy customers.
  
  Referred to: I have referred many family and friends to Pacific. Most recently I referred my mother, who is 73 years old, to have a skin cancer removed from her face (under the eye, and vertically down the cheek – approximately 3cms). Dr James preformed such an amazing incision – removing the cancer – and leaving my mother with a surgical line that is barely detectable without makeup, non existent with makeup.
  
  Due to the positivity of this experience, and happiness with the results, my mother has had a number of cosmetic/beauty procedures since. She has never been disappointed with her results, and would never consider going anywhere else. Another very happy customer.
  
  Me: I have had 3 major surgeries with Pacific Plastic Surgery, and cosmetic/beauty procedures over the last 5 years. Why do I keep going back and why am I always happy with the results?
  
  These people are Professionals - They are more dedicated to the quality of their work and positive customer outcomes - than how many dollars they can make.
  
  Exceptional after-care – every concern/query, no matter how small, was answered with timeliness, professionalism, friendliness and genuineness. These people really care about....... you!
  
  They know their craft – Every time I attend to discuss a procedure or receive one, I am advised of the pro's and con's, the limitations of the technology v. my skin condition/age/expectations. My mother, my daughters, myself - have never experienced a time where we were not provided with all the necessary advice in regard to what the actual expected result would be, the product being used, if side effects are expected, cost etc. The choice to continue was always ours to make – an informed choice without any pressure.
  
  Free consultation – so you go, have a chat, say what result you want– receive advice as to what is achievable and for how long - within your budget. Its simply go and ask – and in return receive honest and professional advice.
  
  Friendly and approachable – The staff are real people, honest-caring-focussed on you. I look forward with great anticipation to any visit I have planned. Always excited to visit and talk about what 'next'. I know I will be supported and advised to make a decision that I am comfortable with.
  
  Since visiting and having procedures done by the Team at Pacific Plastic Surgery, my self confidence has grown insurmountably. This in itself is priceless to me.
  
  When you go to Pacific Plastic Surgery expect this:
  
  •expect to be told 'no', a procedure will not be done and/or your expectations are not achievable
  •expect to be provided with alternatives in procedure or achievable outcomes
  •expect to walk out and have no procedure done and no money spent - due to what is in your best interests – not what will make them money
  •and If you want the Housewives of Beverly Hills look – yes please, go somewhere else!
  
  If after all the advice, you chose to go ahead with a procedure, and you are not happy with the results – remember you made an informed choice, because you were given all the options. You made an unencumbered decision, and that decision was only made by you.
  
  I have never, and would never hesitate to recommend this Team of experts to anyone. And yes, I have been told 'No' before :)
