Often I find GPs not to be helpful or even care. She listens and helps and takes the time to find what is wrong and does testing.

Knowledgeable, helpful and always taking their time to listen. The staff are helpul and kind. The pharmacy conveniently located in the same building pride themselves providing the family oriented, old fashioned service where they value their customer well.

My normal Dr was not available but she offered me an app with another Dr for today. The Dr understood my concerns, text through a pathology request & we are just waiting on results. My usual doctor was on leave, however, the receptionist organised for one of the doctors to ring me straight back and she sent a prescription to my pharmacy immediately. Very professional and what a relief to know you have such an excellent medical team on your side.
