- Tahneka Added June 25, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These employees always seem to screw up orders or pack the food into the bag messy. Tonight we went there and got 3 dinner boxes. At first the person on drive thru said one box was $25 something, when we said 3 of them she didn't say the price. When we got to the window she proceeded to say it was $103 something. If it was $25 something for one box add two more and that's less than $103. I've very disappointed in the customer service and rate of food. The fries were soggy, and placed into the bag upside down so we had to re pack them ourselves because your workers don't put in 100% effort. Absolutely horrible service and terrible effort from the team at McDonald's Bundaberg West.
